How to call Riyadh, Saudi Arabia from Philippine mobile phone numbers?

I am confused,the operator had told to Dial the country code+ area code+ land numbers.
I don't know the country code and area code of Riyadh.

Can you guys help me. It would be great if you give an example how to dial Riyadh Saudi Arabia numbers with country code and its area code.
