For my knowledge the requirements to obtain a "computer programmer" visa are to hold a Bachelor/College degree in either Computer Sience/Information Technology, Bachelor of Sience in Computer Engineering or Bacheleor of sience in Inormation.
Contact your sponsor and have the profession changed.

You are aware that Information Technology is about hardware and software troubleshooting, so Computer Programming is about program development, it is far things compare to the skills and knowledge that you posses, even if your transcript and diploma is authenticated, still your academic qualifications is not fit with the visa, we are sorry about this.
Just like what other answerers said here, you must ask your sponsor for another visa, computer technician visa will fit on your credentials.

I see the problem, it is because MBA is a business degree not an IT degree , even though your collage may have offered that under the business major it is still not an IT major. In other words they may view it in a similar way to MIS major. What your sponsor needs to do is find you a job "name" that fits your degree under Saudi iqama regulations.

its strange.
what exactly is written on ur mba degree? from my knowledge mba is masters of business administration which simply doesnt have any relation with information technology.
this could be the reason they refused to stamp ur visa?
u better ask them the reason?
